The Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001
VICO S.r.l., by resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of December 01, 2023, adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model (Model 231) that formalizes and regulates the set of measures aimed at the prevention of the offenses provided for in Legislative Decree 231/2001, within the scope of the activities identified as sensitive to the potential risk of the commission of an offense referred to in the decree itself.
The Company has also appointed a Supervisory Board with the task of overseeing the operation of and compliance with the Model and ensuring that it is updated.
