On October 23, 2025, a new and significant chapter in our company’s history began.
Together with three other leading companies in the sector – Alm.Eco, Gamma, and Marcon – and guided by the industrial vision of Xenon, a Private Equity firm that for over thirty years has supported the growth of Italian small and medium-sized enterprises, we created Rinovha Group S.p.A.: a new private hub dedicated to the management of hazardous industrial waste, capable of covering the entire environmental services supply chain.
